Lot and PAO logged at receiving
Batch, lot and period-after-opening are recorded before a pallet is put away. Nothing inside nine months of its date ships without a written agreement first.
Racked, not stacked in a garage
One facility, held between 60 and 75 °F, dry and dark. Aerosol body spray is stored and shipped under limited-quantity rules, with the paperwork already done.
Nothing is pre-sold
No drop-ship and no pre-orders. Every quantity on the pricelist was counted on our floor the night before it was sent to you.

Yes — that and a commercial ship-to address. Send both on the trade form and we review inside one business day. Residential addresses are declined, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have written a purchase order.

On most SKUs, yes. Aerosol body spray and blade refills ship in full cases — the first because of how it is labelled for transport, the second because the inner packs are sealed at the factory. Everything else we will split, and the pricelist marks which is which.

Yes. Everything is bought through authorized channels, arrives sealed, and has its lot and PAO logged at receiving. Nothing inside nine months of its date leaves the building without a written agreement, and we will send the purchase invoice for any case on the floor.

Confirmed by 1 PM MT, it ships the same business day. Our 2025 fill rate was 99.1%, and the 0.9% is disclosed on the confirmation before you are invoiced — you will never find a short line for the first time on a packing slip.

Report it within 6 business days with photos and the case label. We replace or credit, your choice. Sealed, unopened cases can go back within 14 days with prior authorization; a restocking fee of 15% applies to returns that are not our error.

The application takes about four minutes. It asks for the things a wholesaler is legally required to hold — resale certificate, commercial address, business type — and nothing else.
Reviewed inside one business day. Approved accounts get the current pricelist with unit cost, case pack, UPC and quantity on hand for all 15,000+ SKUs.
