Why we ask for each of these.

Resale certificate number

We sell for resale only, so sales tax is not collected on your invoices. The certificate is what lets us do that legally — we verify it with your state before approving the account.
Commercial ship-to address

Freight carriers price and deliver commercial and residential stops differently, and pallets need a dock or a forklift. Residential addresses are declined at review.
Business type

It decides which pricelist you get. A barbershop buying back bar and a grocery buyer building a four-foot set are quoted on different case configurations.
EIN and website

Optional, and only used to speed the check up. If your storefront is easy to find, approval usually lands the same morning instead of the next one.

Before you apply

Four things worth knowing.

One business day, and usually the same morning if the application arrives before noon MT. We verify the resale certificate with your state, check the ship-to is commercial, and email you either the pricelist or the reason we could not approve it.
Prepaid by card or ACH on the first two orders. After that, Net 15 or Net 30 is set at review based on order size and trade references. Terms are confirmed in writing when the account opens — they are not renegotiated per order.
No. There is no annual minimum and no dormancy fee. Seasonal accounts that buy twice a year keep their pricing and their account stays open.
Not the full sheet — it carries live quantities and account pricing. But we will quote any shelf you name inside one business day: use the pricelist request form or call the desk.
