What we collect
We are a business-to-business wholesaler and we collect business information, not consumer profiles.
- Trade account applications: contact name, business name and type, shipping address, phone, email, website, tax ID or EIN if you give one, resale certificate number, and any comments you write.
- Pricelist requests: business name, contact name, email, phone, ZIP code, estimated volume and the categories you mark.
- Newsletter: the email address you enter, and nothing else.
- Order records: what you bought, when, at what price, and where it shipped.
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or analytics that build a profile of you. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell ours.
Why we hold it
To verify that an applicant is a genuine reseller, to price and ship orders, to meet sales tax and record-keeping obligations, and to answer you when you write to us. Resale certificate numbers exist on file for one reason: they are what allows us to invoice without collecting sales tax.
How long we keep it
- Transaction and tax records: seven years, as required.
- Rejected applications: 90 days, then deleted.
- Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe.
Who sees it
Our own staff, the carrier that delivers your order, our payment processor for the payment itself, and our accountant. Nobody else. We do not share, rent or sell trade data, and we do not pass your details to another supplier.
We disclose information to a government authority only where the law requires it, and only what is required.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold on your business, correct it, or delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message. Closing an account does not automatically erase invoices — those are covered by the seven-year rule above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Account passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form and never visible to our staff. Access to application data is limited to the people who process it. We will never ask you for a password or full card number by email or on a phone call — if you get that request, it is not from us.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The contact section embeds a map frame from OpenStreetMap, which is a third party and may set its own cookies when the frame loads; you can block frames in your browser if you prefer.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it and account holders are told by email before it takes effect.
