1. Trade only
We sell to businesses buying for resale or for commercial use. An account requires a valid resale certificate and a commercial shipping address; residential addresses are declined. We verify the certificate with the issuing state and may ask for further documentation. We reserve the right to refuse or close an account without giving a reason.
2. Pricing
Prices are those on the pricelist current at the time your order is confirmed, exclusive of freight and of any tax that applies. There is one price per account: no tier system, no negotiated exceptions, no slotting fees. When a price changes, account holders receive the new sheet before they next order.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding when we send you a written confirmation, not when you send it to us. The confirmation lists every line, including any that is short, at the quantity we will actually ship. Minimums are $275 on an opening order and $165 on each reorder. There is no annual minimum and no dormancy fee.
4. Payment
The first two orders on a new account are prepaid by card or ACH. After that, Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be established at review and are confirmed in writing. Overdue balances suspend further shipment until cleared. Title to goods passes on payment in full; risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM Mountain Time ship the same business day. Freight is free on orders over $1,050 delivered within the lower 48 states; below that the carrier rate is shown at confirmation with no handling markup added. Pallet shipments move by LTL and require a commercial delivery point; if a lift gate or an appointment is needed, tell us before confirmation.
Aerosol products, including body spray and dry spray, ship under limited-quantity transport rules. This can restrict the service level available to some destinations; where it does, we will say so on the confirmation rather than after the fact.
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for carrier delay, weather or any other cause outside our control, but we will chase a shipment on your behalf and we will tell you what we find.
6. Claims
Report shortages, damage or an incorrect item within 6 business days of delivery, with photographs and the case label. We will replace or credit, at your choice. Claims made after that window cannot be filed with the carrier and cannot be accepted.
7. Returns
Sealed, unopened cases in resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days with prior written authorization. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not the result of our error. Opened cases, split packs, aerosols and any item with a compromised seal are not returnable.
8. Authenticity
All stock is bought through authorized channels and arrives sealed. Batch, lot and period-after-opening are recorded at receiving, and nothing within nine months of its date ships without a written agreement. Purchase invoices and distributor confirmations are available on request, per SKU. Brand names appearing on this site are used for identification only; ALTIORA COMMERCE LLC is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a licensee of any brand it stocks.
9. Liability
Our liability on any order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost shelf space. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Sheridan County have exclusive jurisdiction.
